Planning a wedding?
Weddings are stressful. Let The Blonde Rose check one thing off your list with full-service floral design! This is so much more than dropping off bouquets. It's our team pouring our heart and soul into designing, coordinating, installing and striking (if needed) every floral element needed to paint your love story in flowers.
Consultation & Quotes
We begin the process with a complimentary consultation for us to learn more abut you and your love story. More importantly, to learn how you want to tell your love story in florals. Set aside 30 minutes to an hour for this call. Once we've sketched out your dream day, we begin to build a quote using all of your rental and floral preferences. This process can take up to 72 hours as each quote is tailored to you and your big day. Along with the quote, you will receive a carefully curated mood board detailing all of the major design elements we feel are important to capture your floral vision.
Contracting
This part isn't for everyone. As a wedding vendor, we fully encourage you to sign with vendors who not only see your vision, but who you feel extremely comfortable with. After all, we are going to become your best friends as we navigate the stress of the wedding together. If you think we are that perfect fit, we will send over a contract to lock in the date.
Design Process
This is our favorite part. The design process begins a few months prior to your wedding. We get to work on finalizing the mood board, sourcing any specialty rental items (so you don't have to), selecting specialty flowers, processing each bloom and staying in constant communication with you through it all. We get it, things change and we are here with you to roll with the punches.
The Big Day
Our day starts in the early morning with a cup (or two) of coffee in hand and delivery cars full of florals. We arrive at your venue and work magic alongside your other vendors, carefully placing each bloom in its designated spot to create the floral scape of your dreams. Installations will be built, centerpieces will be placed and bouquets will be hand delivered to you and your wedding party. After we ensure that our work has met only the highest standards, we'll say our goodbyes and send you and your fiancé all the love on your best day ever!
